The prices for all furniture at Krea are inclusive of VAT.
There are extra charges for delivery & assembly if opted for.
Yes, we can provide this service for €35, which in case of a kitchen will be refunded once you place your order.
When buying a kitchen, a Krea representative will carry out an on-site inspection of the room in question before the sales order process begins. There might be modifications to be made to the furniture because of the room’s characteristics. Your sales representative will always contact you to discuss any proposed changes. In this case, it is important to meet your representative as quickly as possible so as to ensure that delays are avoided or kept to a minimum. If modules need to be added or changed because the client’s room measurements are not accurate, the price may have to be revised.
If you chose to collect the goods yourself, you will receive an email (if provided) and a letter at home to inform you that your goods have arrived and are ready for collection.
If you chose to have your items delivered and installed by us, a customer care associate will contact you to fix an appointment. In the case of kitchens, you will be contacted for a pre-appointment.
No, when you confirm your pre-appointment date you are confirming that you are ready to take the kitchen on that specified day.
In case you choose to delay your shipment, there might be some restrictions involved, owing to product changes and updates from the manufacturers. You will receive updates via post, email or text messages confirming your appointment date.
If you still cannot take your goods when they arrive, we will store your order at a weekly storage charge equivalent to 1% of the value of your order until they are delivered. An interest fee of 8% per annum will also be applied until payment is effected. You will be requested to pay the full balance due inclusive of storage and interest charges prior to delivery.
You can reduce part of these charges by paying your orders in full within one week of the cancelled appointment and avoid the weekly storage charge for four weeks.
Alternatively, you may pay the order in full and keep the goods within your premises and postpone the installation (if opted for) by up to one year. Certain restrictions might apply owing to product changes and you will also need to give us a 15 day notice in order to plan a new installation appointment. Note that if goods are not delivered to the same location where they are to be installed, a second delivery charge may apply.
If your shipment has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, Krea will discount you the equivalent of 1% per week on the delayed order’s value. The discount does not apply if delays are caused by force majeure such as strikes, riots, fire and similar occurrences.
We will contact you to notify you of the confirmed delivery date of your kitchen so that you will be in a better position to plan your works schedule. As soon as you confirm your pre-appointed date, your kitchen will be prepared for shipment and checked for delivery on the specific date. The pre-appointment is set around four or five weeks prior to the actual delivery date. There will be no extra cost if you decide to postpone the shipment of goods for up to six months.
This is a tentative delivery date that you should indicate when placing your order. Krea guarantees to deliver all orders within the due date indicated on your sales order (show where) or within 8 weeks from the final confirmation following the site inspection in case of kitchens. If you need to have your order delivered in a shorter period of time, please indicate this to the sales representative who will confirm within 48 hours if this is possible.
To ensure best results, we often choose to have the furniture delivered in advance before sending a team of specialised installers. However, if you need to have the furniture installed on the day of delivery, kindly inform the person contacting you for the appointment.
